Pork Belly Braised Kale

Another great recipe by Jerrmy Gawthrop to share from our fourth episode on Cook with Brooks. We all know that kale is good for us. But sometimes it seems hard to make it unique and different. By adding the apple cider vinegar, maple syrup and bacon, these healthy greens become a delicious side dish that tries to steal the show.
