Honey Curry Chicken & Cheese Grits

This locally raised chicken from Crystal Lake Farms is the perfect start to any meal. Chef Steven Brooks created this super easy, sweet and spicy combo. The garlic, curry, mustard and honey make an excellent marinade that doesn’t need all day to soak in. Match that with the southern touch of Cheese Grits and it is delicious!

TIP: Substitute out the butter out for coconut milk and it even creamier.
